Maths Passports
The Rothes Staff have worked together to create our own Rothes Numeracy and Mathematics Passport. Every child has their own Maths Passport to practise mental maths skill targets. When a passport is complete your child will travel to a new destination.
Knowing and learning these basic skills and developing quick recall will in turn support all other mathematics learning, making new learning easier and more achievable.
We have started to develop parent guides to help you support your child developing these skills at home.
?? How are you getting on? ??
If your child is confident at recalling the facts on their current passport please download the next passport and practice the next set of skills.
(Remeber after practising each skill - recalling the facts should be quick and not reliant on 'working it out')
?? Remember to download the parent guide for the passport your child is working on. ??
Remember to revisit old passport targets so you don't forget the skills you've already practised!
